It is cheaper than a dedicated Express run because your item travels on a planned route with other deliveries heading the same way, and it is faster than Standard because it still arrives today. If the item must leave your hands within the hour, Express is the right service; if it must simply arrive today, Same-Day is the better value.

Dubai has the latest same-day cut-off in the UAE. Book any same-day delivery before 16:00 and it is collected on a planned route and delivered by 21:00 that evening. The cut-off times for the other emirates are:

3. Live tracking. Every job has live tracking. Save your order number and follow the driver at any time on the tracking page.
4. Delivered by 21:00. The recipient signs for the handover and you get a confirmation. Operations run 24/7, so you can book at any hour — the cut-off only decides whether the item goes today or tomorrow morning.

What affects the same-day price?

Three things decide the number you see in the booking flow:

• Item category. Documents are the lightest and cheapest to carry. A small parcel occupies more room in the vehicle, a large parcel more still, and fragile items cost the most because they need secure loading and careful handling at both ends.
• Speed. Same-Day is priced below Express because your item shares a planned route with other deliveries heading the same way. Express assigns a dedicated driver who starts collection within 20 minutes — that exclusivity is what the higher rate pays for.
• Route. Deliveries inside one emirate use the base rate. Crossing an emirate boundary adds 30% before VAT, in either direction, with no other route charges.

VAT of 5% is added once at checkout. The same calculation runs on the server for every booking, so the quote you see before payment — base rate, any surcharge and tax — is the amount you are charged.

Tips to keep the cost down

• Pick the right category. Documents are the cheapest category; large and fragile items cost more because they take more space and care. The booking flow prices by category, speed and route — nothing else.
• Book before the cut-off. Same-Day booked at 15:30 costs the same as booked at 09:00 but saves you from paying for Express instead.
• Use Standard when today is not essential. Standard is one-third cheaper than Same-Day for documents (AED 50 vs AED 65) and arrives the next business day.
