How does cash on delivery work?
The driver collects the order amount from your customer at handover. Collected cash is reconciled and remitted to you weekly, with a statement per order. There is no COD fee.
How much does delivery cost for small sellers?
Business rates start from AED 15 per delivery depending on volume and route. Single orders can also be booked with instant pricing.
What if my customer refuses the order or is not home?
The driver calls the customer and re-attempts where possible. Refused orders are returned to you, and you see the status on the tracking link.
