Express jobs are collected within 20 minutes, 24/7, inside one city or emirate. Same-day is delivered by 21:00 when booked before the cut-off.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Book on the website in under a minute, or simply message us on WhatsApp or call — whatever is fastest for you right now.
How much does an urgent delivery cost?
The exact total, including 5% VAT, is shown before you pay. For documents and parcels the price is fixed and instant; specialist items are quoted per job.
Can you deliver between emirates?
Yes. All seven emirates are covered, including Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The inter-emirate surcharge is already included in the quote you are shown.
What can you move?
Documents and parcels up to 30 kg are priced instantly. Fragile, medical, pet, falcon and oversized items are quoted per job so we can assign the right vehicle and handler.
How do I know where my item is?
Open the order’s tracking page for its eight-stage status. Once a driver is assigned, their name and vehicle are shown there as well.
